Chapter 7, I do not believe that I am a demon

However, could the great compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva be like this

Two individuals appeared on the street without disturbing the mortals

While the two were chatting leisurely, they had already flown to the town where the reincarnation of Buddha Tathāgata, Qiao Ling'er, was located.

Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva sincerely refers to Wutian as the World Honored One, which can only occur under one circumstance: that is, Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva is deeply moved by Wutian, betraying the Tathagata Buddha, renouncing the Buddhist path, and submitting to Wutian's command

Without looking back, the Unheavened walks ahead, gazing at the scenery of the lower realm, calmly stating: "Esteemed one, I admire you greatly"

Avalokiteshvara's Way: "But you have already become a demon now!"

Wu Tian indeed expressed a desire to change this world, and also spoke of achieving equality among all beings, envisioning a scenario where everyone is like a dragon, which seems quite beautiful. However, he did not specify how he would accomplish all that he mentioned

Perhaps

Because his tone was too flat when he spoke, even Guanyin Bodhisattva could not discern what kind of emotions were present in Wutian's heart at the moment he said those words

Guanyin Bodhisattva, after calming her emotions in silence, curiously asked Wutian: "If you believe you are not a demon, then what do you think you are?"

After enlightening that carp, I also took the time to familiarize myself with the environment of the demon realm

I want you to take a close look and see what kind of person I am. I am very curious to know if there will come a day when you will sincerely call me "World Honored One".

You represent those who are unwilling to accept the changes in the world

Perhaps there will come a day when you grow weary of this stale world of divine principles, and you will inherit my dream

Guanyin Bodhisattva felt that Wutian was joking

The world depicted by Wutian is indeed wonderful, but it can only be a dream. Moreover, Wutian is a demon, and his subordinates are also wicked and unorthodox.

At this point, Wu Tian turned his head and looked at Guanyin Bodhisattva with a hint of amusement

Respected one, if you wish to stay by my side, then for the time being, do so. However, I hope you do not forget your own identity and certainly do not attempt to interfere with me

After letting out a sigh, Wutian stepped onto the clouds beneath his feet and departed. As he was leaving, Wutian also spoke to the Bodhisattva Guanyin.

Monastics do not speak falsehoods, and she is very clear that it is entirely unnecessary to resort to cunning or lies in the presence of the Buddha

In Wu Tian's mind, various thoughts flashed by as he gazed appreciatively at Guanyin Bodhisattva, saying: "You are the Bodhisattva of the Buddhist realm of Ling Mountain, yet you interfere in the affairs of the Heavenly Emperor. Are you not afraid of bringing disaster upon yourself?"

Why did Guanyin Bodhisattva need to familiarize herself with the environment of the demon realm at that time? It was, of course, to prepare for her defection from the Buddhist realm. Having offended the Heavenly Emperor, the supreme being of the Three Realms, she found no place to escape, whether in heaven or on earth, and had no choice but to retreat into the demon realm.

The Bodhisattva Guanyin is somewhat curious

The Bodhisattva Guanyin flew behind Wutian, observing his silhouette and contemplating silently in her heart

At least in the heart of Guanyin Bodhisattva, she believes that even after a thousand or ten thousand years, she will never submit to the evil like Wutian

Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva felt a mix of helplessness and amusement upon hearing what Wutian said. This notorious demon, universally recognized across the Three Realms, actually believed that he was not a demon.

The boundless void she knows is the boundless void in her eyes, the boundless void in the eyes of the Buddha, and the boundless void in the eyes of others. However, what does she look like in the eyes of the boundless void?

The understanding of the causal fate in the realm of the unknown by Wutian is not at all inferior to that of the Buddha of the past. Guanyin Bodhisattva is indeed a bit uneasy, fearing that she might be outsmarted by Wutian and inadvertently do something harmful despite her good intentions

Of course, I am afraid

Thus, it is only now that Wutian can say that if the Heavenly Emperor had survived a little longer at that time, the Demon Realm would have gained another Great Sage, an existence comparable to that of Guanyin Bodhisattva, which would not be much inferior to the Demon Lord.

The Bodhisattva Guanyin solemnly said to Wutian, "Great monk, although I have considered entering the demon realm, I have never thought of becoming a demon"

At this point, Wu Tian paused for a moment and then explained

Moreover, Wutian is an evil entity, and Wutian's subordinates are also a group of demons and monsters. Ananda and Kasyapa have both expressed their allegiance to Wutian; however, these two disciples of the Buddha have already been recognized as despicable individuals by the spiritual mountain

I am merely an idealist with dreams and courage, who hopes to change this world with my own hands

If the Heavenly Emperor at that time had not been killed by the great deity Xingtian, he would certainly have sought trouble with her afterwards

Have we fallen into the trap of the Demon King of the Void?

How is it possible

The Bodhisattva Guanyin said with a smile: "The way of heaven has its own fixed causes and effects."

I have never considered myself a demon, even if I were to force the Buddha to reincarnate on the grand stage, usurping the position of the Buddha, I am not a demon. Even if I were to cast the deities of heaven into the underworld, I still would not be a demon. Even if all beings in the three realms regard me as a public enemy, I do not consider myself a demon.

In the eyes of Guanyin Bodhisattva, that is nothing but a delusional obsession without any basis in reality

I have never thought that I would become a demon!

Wu Tian sighed softly: "What a pity, if the Heavenly Emperor could live a little longer, the Demon Realm might have gained another Great Sage."

You do not understand me, you fear change, you are afraid of a different future, therefore you unilaterally regard me as a demon

Agreeing to be at peace without disturbing him, even Guanyin Bodhisattva cannot achieve this. A monk does not speak falsely, so she simply chose not to respond to this question. However, the attitude suddenly displayed by Wutian truly left her perplexed

The Bodhisattva Guanyin appeared calm and answered without hesitation

Wu Tian feels somewhat melancholic

Harming others and inflicting pain upon them is precisely what these malevolent forces excel at

Although this is not a particularly prosperous earthly city, there are quite a number of pedestrians coming and going on the streets. On both sides of the street, there are many vendors selling various cosmetics and handmade accessories, and one can also see many young women shopping.

I may perish, and everything I have built may be destroyed, but as long as the beings of the world continue to hope for beauty and freedom, my dream will never come to an end

Guanyin Bodhisattva asked Wutian, somewhat puzzled: "Why are you willing to let me follow you?"

Among the three realms, only a very few individuals can deceive the omniscient, and among those few, she is certainly not included, even if she is the legendary Guanyin Bodhisattva

Even now, when recalling it, there is a sense of relief in the heart of Guanyin Bodhisattva

No matter what, Guanyin Bodhisattva cannot associate with evil spirits and heretical paths

It is only you all

At this point, Guanyin Bodhisattva revealed a gentle smile and said, "However, it wasn't long before I heard that the Heavenly Emperor was killed by the great deity Xingtian"

But it troubles me greatly to know that the innocent people of that city are suffering calamities, yet no assistance is offered, which indeed disturbs my peace of mind
